Expansion of existing carparking facilities adjacent to LINC Building to consist of 57 parking spaces and associated works.

New 6,400m² Multi Purpose Sports Centre for NUIG including 25 metre, 6 lane swimming pool.

Construction of 51 2-4 bedroom student apartments and townhouses in 4 blocks, including conference rooms and retail units

Construction of 150 student apartments in 7 blocks in the grounds of the former St Columba’s Hospital, Sligo
