Project Description:

This development comprises of a four-storey block split into eight flats and a terrace of seven, two and three bed, two-storey houses with front and rear gardens (including one DDA compliant), with future provision for loft conversion. Each unit is designed and constructed to be compliant with the superseded code for Sustainable Homes level 4 criteria, secured by Design and Lifetime Homes and comes with an NHBC warranty.
