]]> Glenman Corporation’s project teams once again showed their dedication and commitment by delivering more vital social housing in Battersea. With the pandemic putting immense pressure on the construction industry, our project teams remained focused on the job and completed this new build on behalf of the London Borough of Wandsworth.

The Haine Court development on Deeley Road involved the design and construction of a part four, part five-storey block of 20 units comprising a mix of one, two and three-bed apartments and maisonettes. Each unit is designed and constructed to be compliant with the former code for Sustainable Homes level 4 criteria, secured by Design and Lifetime Homes and comes with an NHBC warranty.
