The new housing development on Gilda Avenue, will provide 49% affordable homes. An eco-edge is proposed along the southern boundary and the culvert in addition to a range of amenity provisions for the residents including balconies, terraces and landscaped communal gardens. The works include demolition of the Site’s existing late 20th Century buildings and the design and construction of one 8 storey, one  5  storey and one 2 storey residential  blocks  providing  49  residential dwellings, together associated access and landscaping
