This site area was previously occupied by a car park and pram sheds next to Matson House. 18 flats, ranging from one to three bedrooms, including one flat suitable for wheelchair users constructed.  Climate resilience: The development is designed for the connection to the SELCHP which will provide heat to communal heating and hot water systems thereby reducing carbon emissions. Combined heat and power (CHP) is an efficient means of energy generation and use as it reduces environmental impacts, in particular CO2 and nitrous oxides emissions, reduces local pollution and it supports national and regional policies on sustainability and climate change.
